Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed with Terbal Station, operated by HF Autohub LLC. We aim to make cancellations as simple as possible while orders are still being prepared.
2. Free Cancellation Window
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed — production of your cover is scheduled for your exact vehicle specifications immediately upon purchase. Standard (non-customized) products may be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched; once dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy after delivery.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, email us at terbalstation@gmail.com with your order number and a request to cancel. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation and respond within 1 business day.
4. Cancellations of Paid Orders
If your order has already been paid for and is cancelled within the eligible window, the cancellation is treated as a refund and processed in accordance with our Refund Policy: the amount is returned to the original payment method within 1–5 working days of approval.
5. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
