Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
Terbal Station, operated by HF Autohub LLC, delivers worldwide. Wherever you are, we can get your cover to you.
2. Order Preparation
Our products are made to order for your exact vehicle. Order preparation and production take 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. If anything changes with your order's timeline, we will let you know by email.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free to all GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). For all other countries, a flat shipping rate of AED 200 applies per order. Your shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Delays and Issues
While we work hard to meet the timeframes above, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at terbalstation@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
