1. Introduction
Welcome to Terbal Station. Terbal Station is operated by HF Autohub LLC, a limited liability company duly registered and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Terbal Station website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Legal Entity
Terbal Station is operated by HF Autohub LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. All references to "Terbal Station," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to HF Autohub LLC. Our registered office is located at Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
4. Products and Services
Terbal Station specializes in premium automotive storage solutions, including car covers, motorbike covers, reveal covers, storage pods, and related accessories. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Colors may appear differently depending on your display settings.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated, and all transactions are processed in AED. Displayed prices are exclusive of tax: orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5%, which is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders delivered outside the UAE are not subject to UAE VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your card details are processed directly by the payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by HF Autohub LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon acceptance of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
7. Custom Orders
Custom-made covers and made-to-order products are produced to your specifications and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications. Orders are prepared within 2–3 weeks and delivered within 7–10 days of dispatch; timeline estimates are approximate and may vary depending on complexity.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. In addition, we guarantee the custom fitment of made-to-order covers: if a custom cover does not fit the vehicle it was ordered for as specified, we will remake or correct it. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact terbalstation@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. Delivery of products is governed by our Delivery Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of HF Autohub LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HF Autohub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Modifications
HF Autohub LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
